Our Facility
Ecoxizhi operates a 12,000 square meter manufacturing facility in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. Our factory is equipped with 8 dedicated honeycomb paper production lines, covering the full process from raw kraft paper to finished honeycomb paper rolls, sleeves, padded mailers, and glassine bags.
We control every step in-house — paper slitting, honeycomb forming, glue application, expansion control, and final packaging. This vertical integration allows us to maintain consistent quality, control lead times, and offer factory-direct pricing without middlemen.

Quality Control
Every batch is tested for thickness, grammage, density, tear strength, and moisture content. We also perform random transit simulations — including drop tests and compression tests — to ensure real-world performance.
