ecoxizhi sells honeycomb paper, paper sleeves, padded mailers, document envelopes, glassine bags, and related packaging products. We serve both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) customers.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

Wholesale customers: Pricing is provided upon request or quotation. Preferred payment method is wire transfer (T/T). Other terms may be negotiated for long‑term contracts.
Retail customers: Prices displayed on the website are final. Payment is collected at checkout via supported payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from China. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Product Specifications

We strive to display accurate descriptions, colors, and sizes. However, slight variations may occur due to screen differences or manufacturing tolerances. Custom orders are made exactly to your approved specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ecoxizhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or in the courts of Dongguan, China.
