At ecoxizhi, we stand behind the quality of our honeycomb paper products. Because we sell both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) items, this return policy applies differently depending on your order type.
Wholesale Orders (B2B)
We accept returns for wholesale orders only under the following conditions:
- Products are defective or do not match the agreed specifications (size, thickness, color, printing).
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment and provide photos or video evidence.
- Approved returns are subject to inspection. If confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Returns due to buyer error (ordered wrong size, changed mind) are generally not accepted for wholesale orders. Please confirm all specifications before placing your order.
Retail Orders (B2C – placed directly on ecoxizhi.com)
For small quantity retail purchases (sample packs, single rolls, etc.):
- You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping fees are non‑refundable).
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Exceptions
Custom‑printed or custom‑cut items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Shipping damage claims must be reported immediately – we will work with the carrier to resolve.
