All orders from ecoxizhi are shipped from our factory in China. We ship worldwide, but shipping times and costs vary by destination and order type.

Processing Time

  • Retail orders (small quantity, in‑stock items): 2–5 business days.
  • Wholesale bulk orders (standard products): 15–25 business days.
  • Custom orders (printing, special sizes): 20–30 business days.
  • Sample orders: 3–7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, or sea freight). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Express (air freight): 5–10 business days to most countries (USA, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea).
  • Economy (sea freight – for wholesale containers): 30–45 days to main ports (EU, North America, Southeast Asia).

Please note: these are estimates. Customs clearance, local holidays, or remote addresses may cause delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For wholesale orders, we provide shipping quotes separately (usually FOB or CIF). Contact us for a freight estimate before placing large orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by their country. ecoxizhi is not responsible for these additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number by email. You can track the shipment on the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to pick up from the local depot, the buyer is responsible for re‑shipping costs. We will not automatically refund such orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries under international trade sanctions. Please check if your destination is eligible before ordering.
