1. How to place an order (wholesale)?

Our factory is based in China and we ship to most countries worldwide. For bulk orders, we use sea freight as the default option. Delivery usually takes 26–36 days, depending on your destination port and route. Please contact us directly — we will recommend the most suitable shipping solution.
We also welcome local agents to pick up goods at our factory. If you need the goods urgently, air freight is available (at a much higher cost).

2. How to get the right sample for my needs?

Please contact us via email or WhatsApp first — do not place an order directly. Tell us your product requirements (size, grammage, color, quantity, etc.), and we will suggest the best sample solution for you.
Samples are sent by air courier (fast, 3–7 days). Shipping cost is calculated based on your address.

3. Is the price shown on the page the final price?

The price on the page is a reference price per full carton, not the final transaction price. The actual unit price depends on your order quantity, product specifications, and customization needs. The more you order, the lower the unit price. For an accurate quote, please contact us with your detailed requirements.

4. What customization options do you offer?

All our products (honeycomb paper, honeycomb sleeves, honeycomb bags/mailers, glassine bags) support a wide range of customization. Key areas include:

Material & specifications: Grammage (30–150 gsm or higher), width (up to 2000 mm), any custom length, color (kraft/white/black/red etc.)

Printing & branding: Offset, gravure, silk screen, flexo, UV/digital printing; multi‑color logos, patterns, or text

Structural design: Bag closure (self‑adhesive / heat seal / double seal), tear line, handle; sleeve dimensions tailored to product shape

Environmental certification: FSC® available, biodegradable declaration, plastic‑free statement
